98 load env from file

Erik Nygren requested to merge 98_load_env_from_file into master

It now sets all the info from pickle file before running all the prediction and observations.

@christian_eichenberger: Please see if this implementation makes sense. It does work for my tests, but maybe its not sufficient. At least my first tests failed ;)
