move examples to Jupyter notebooks and update documentation in flatland/docs/gettingstarted.rst

• examples are moved into Juypter notebooks
• examples are labelled in a sensible order
• examples are documented
• remove testenv:examples in tox.ini
• remove running examples in benchmarking, but not only notebook
