Feasible Schedule / Network generator
THe level generator should have the possibility to generate feasible schedules/networks. This means that in such a "level" if all agents just walk their shortest path without any deviation or stop, all agents arrive on time! Starting from this feasible szenario we can then enhance difficulty by introducing delays (shorter or longer paths, maybe different starting times). This is very close to real world railway dispatching where we also start from a feasible time table.
