Add baselines

Hello @dipam,

this MR adds the following two baselines to the starter-kit:

• UMX-L (https://github.com/sigsep/open-unmix-pytorch#pre-trained-models)
• XUMX-L (https://zenodo.org/record/7128659)

@faroit Can you please review quickly to make sure that everything is fine?
