`git submodule update` does nothing

Hi, so I wanted to run the baseline and went to step submodule with reference to README. Strangely when I do step git submodule init and git submodule update it does nothing, no mmsegmentation directory fetched which makes I couldn't proceed to the next step to evaluate the baseline.

What I've done:

  • Done step requirements and installing openmim and mmcv-full

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
