  • I went through this too. One app really helped, I found it on the liven app review. It doesn't put pressure, but supports. There is an AI friend Livi, you can just "talk". And the courses are short, but catchy. They are directly about you, not about "successful success". I started with a mood tracker - and saw that I have recurring slumps. Now I know how to soften them in advance.

  • Recognizing repeating emotional dips is powerful. Once you see patterns, you stop blaming yourself and start preparing gently. That shift alone brings a lot of relief.
