    From the description, it sounds pretty good. I need some exercises for arms, shoulders, back. Where can I find something like that, who knows? I don’t have money for a trainer right now, sorry. And I don’t really like all those workouts where you’re tied to a trainer, have to adjust and all that.

    If you want to train properly, I still recommend not just sticking to exercises for arms, shoulders, back and just upper body. About training: I also don’t like working with a trainer, so my choice is a personalized workout plan from apps. Check out mad muscles testimonials, I think it’s one of the best. You take a big quiz, pay for a subscription and get a workout plan that’s both varied and effective.
